Dato’ Seri Professor Dr. Noor Inayah Ya’akub (D.S.P.N.) was appointed as the Chairman of AmanahRaya Trustees Berhad on 1 March 2022. She is the Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and a Member of Audit and Review Company Committee, Board Risk and Integrity Management Committee, Shariah Advisory and Supervisory Council of Amanah Raya Berhad as well as the Board of Trustee of Yayasan AmanahRaya. She has been the Director of Amanah Raya Berhad since 1 April 2019.
Dato’ Seri Professor Dr. Noor Inayah Ya’akub holds a double degree of a Bachelor of Shariah Law (Hons) and Bachelor of Law (Hons) Degree from the International Islamic University Malaysia. She obtained her LLM (Master of Comparative Civil & Banking Law) from the University of Bristol, United Kingdom and she received a PhD in Law from the Faculty of Law, University of Manchester, United Kingdom. She is a resource expert on waqf in Malaysia and at the international level.
She received the 5th QS-Apple-Asia Pacific Professional Leaders in Education Expert Certificate in 2009. During the same year, she also received an Advanced Certificate in Technology Transfer and Project Management from the University of Oxford. In 2012, she received the United Nation Professional Certificate for Selected Higher Learning Corporate Planning Leaders for University Research and Teaching Components. In 2019, she then received an Advanced Certificate for Leaders in Education, Innovation and Strategy for the future of Higher Education, School of Executive Education, Cambridge Judge Business School, University of Cambridge.
Dato’ Seri Professor Dr. Noor Inayah Ya’akub was awarded as the Best Business Law Professor by the Golden Globe Tigers Award Malaysia 2019, an association of the world federation of education and academic institution. In the same year, she was awarded the prestigious Tokoh Maal Hijrah Wilayah Persekutuan for the scholar category. She was also ranked Number 22 in the Top 300 Most Influential Women for Islamic Finance by UK Cambridge Financial Association for two consecutive years, in 2019 and 2020.
Dato’ Seri Professor Dr. Noor Inayah Ya’akub is the President and Vice-Chancellor of Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur since 1 July 2021. She previously served as the Chief Executive Officer /Rector of BaitulMal Professional College, wholly owned by Majlis Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan, and the Professor (Comparative Law & Shariah) as well as the Director of Centre for Corporate Planning & Leadership at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.
She has vast experience in academic fields. Her areas of interest include Islamic Law, Islamic finance, Takaful & Insurance Law, Equity & Trust Law and Business Law and Ethics. She has published various impactful research papers and articles as policy papers for waqf economic development at the international level.
She currently sits on the Board of International Islamic College of Technology Penang, owned by the State Religious Council.

Dato’ Haji Che Pee bin Samsudin was appointed to the Board of AmanahRaya Trustees Berhad on 7 March 2019 as an Independent, Non-Executive Director. He also serves as Committee Member of the Audit, Compliance and Risk Management Committee. He was subsequently appointed as Independent, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company on 1 October 2019. He has been Director of Amanah Raya Berhad since 2 March 2011 and also a Board Member of a several subsidiaries of Amanah Raya Berhad Group.
He holds a Bachelors Degree (honours) in Accounting and is a Member of the Chartered Accountant (CA) of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
He has experience in accounting and finance, having started his career as an Accountant in Government services in 1982.
His experience includes serving at various Government Departments including the Ministry of Finance, Langkawi Development Authority (LADA), Malaysia Institute of Islamic Understanding (IKIM), the Economic Planning Unit in the Prime Minister's Department and in Perbendaharaan State of Kedah where he served as Treasurer for nine (9) years.
On 5 January 2015 he was appointed the Accountant General Malaysia.

Datuk Ismail bin Kamaruddin was appointed to the Board of AmanahRaya Trustees Berhad on 10 March 2021 as an Independent Non-Executive Director. He serves as a Member of the Audit, Compliance & Risk Management Committee of AmanahRaya Trustees Berhad and is also a Board Member of AmanahRaya Investment Management Sdn Bhd.
He began his career in the academia as a lecturer at MARA University of Technology (“UiTM”). He then joined Standard Chartered Bank as a Management Trainee and later served as Branch Manager, Senior Audit Manager and Head Services, Peninsular Malaysia. He was also exposed to the bank's global operations having had audited their operations across countries in the Asia-Pacific and African region. Thereafter in SME Bank, he was the Director/Group Chief Internal Auditor and had also served as Head Business Banking, Head Corporate Management and Head Risk Management.
Previously, he was appointed as Chairman of BI Walden Ventures Ketiga Sdn Bhd, Chairman of the Investment Committee of SME GAF Sdn Bhd and a Board Member of BI Walden Management Ketiga Sdn Bhd, subsidiaries of SME Bank.
Datuk Ismail is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Management and the Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia.

Haliza Aini Binti Othman was appointed to the Board of AmanahRaya Trustees Berhad on 20 January 2023 as an Independent Non-Executive Director. She serves as a Member of the Audit and Risk Management and Compliance Committee of AmanahRaya Trustees Berhad and is also a Board Member of AmanahRaya Investment Management Sdn Bhd. She graduated with an advanced Diploma in law from the Institute Technology of MARA.
Haliza began her career as a Magistrate upon joining the Judicial and Legal Service in January 1989 before being appointed a Federal Counsel in the Civil Division of the Attorney General's Chambers, and later in her career, as a Principal Assistant Director of the Judicial and Legal Training Institute (ILKAP). She was also a Legal Advisor of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry from 2003 till 2009. She was then appointed the Section Head of International Trade and Finance in the International Affairs Division in April 2009 and subsequently, the Deputy Head of the International Affairs Division. Thereafter, she was appointed as the Head of the International Affairs Division of the Attorney General's Chambers Malaysia until her retirement in December of 2021.
Haliza specializes in international trade, investment, and finance. In her extensive career as a trade negotiator, Haliza has led the Malaysian delegation in the legal working groups for numerous free trade agreement negotiations including the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (“TPP”) and Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (“CPTPP”), the Malaysia-Australia Free Trade Agreement, the Malaysia-EU Partnership Cooperation Agreement and the recently concluded Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (“RCEP”). She also supervised and assisted policy stakeholders in formulating Malaysia's positions in the WTO Dispute Settlement Understanding Review process.
In her role as Head of the International Affairs Division, she also headed the legal team in international disputes involving the Government of Malaysia in international arbitrations and tribunals as well as national courts of third State.
Haliza had dealt in other areas of International Law including environmental and labour issues, and sustainable development. She has also in the past dealt in international cooperation to combat transnational crimes through mutual legal assistance in criminal matters and extradition.
Haliza retired from Government service on 11 December 2021. Previously, Haliza was a Director of Amanah Raya Berhad.

Ahmad Feizal Sulaiman Khan was appointed as a Non-Independent, Non-Executive Director to the Board of AmanahRaya Trustees Berhad on 7 February 2024. Concurrently, he holds the position of Group Managing Director at Amanah Raya Berhad. He brings with him over 20 years of across four continents experience in corporate finance, capital markets, real estate and business management.
He was previously the Chief Business Officer of Malaysian Rating Corporation Berhad (MARC) primarily responsible for driving the business growth and overseeing strategic communications of the Group.
Ahmad Feizal began his career as an Auditor at BDO Simpson Xavier in Dublin, Ireland. Upon his return to Malaysia in 2003, he joined the Corporate Finance team of Commerce International Merchant Bankers Berhad and subsequently Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad (Bank Islam) as Head of Capital Markets where he witnessed the recapitalisation exercise which resulted in the emergence of Dubai Investment Group as the substantial shareholder of Bank Islam.
Pursuant to a short stint heading a property development company in Dubai, he had served as the Head of Wholesale Banking of Century Banking Corporation, the first Islamic bank in Mauritius.
Ahmad Feizal holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Financial Analysis from University of Warwick, United Kingdom. He is also a Fellow Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

Jack Yap Ngee Heong was appointed as an Alternate Director to Ahmad Feizal Sulaiman Khan on the Board of AmanahRaya Trustees Berhad on 7 February 2024. Additionally, he serves as the Group Chief Business Officer of Amanah Raya Berhad.
He began his career as a Service Consultant at Standard Chartered Bank in November 2007. Later, he joined Kuwait Finance House as an Account Relationship Manager before progressing in his career as the Unit Head of Islamic Corporate Banking at RHB Banking Group.
Jack Yap served as the Head of Business Origination at Malaysian Rating Corporation Berhad (MARC) in June 2015 and was subsequently appointed as the Chief Commercial Officer in September 2022. This was his last held position in MARC prior to joining Amanah Raya Berhad.
Jack Yap graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Sunderland.

Puan Nahidah Binti Usman (“Puan Nahidah”) was appointed as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of AmanahRaya Trustees Berhad on 24 March 2025.
She is the Head of Finance and Investment, Government Investment Companies Division, Ministry of Finance (“MOF”).
Puan Nahidah started her career in 2001 as the Assistant Secretary of the Human Resource Division at MOF. In 2006, she continued to serve in the same capacity at the Government Procurement Division, MOF, before being promoted as the Principal Assistant Secretary within the same division prior to pursuing her Master’s degree in 2010.
She then returned to the civil service in 2012 as the Principal Assistant Director of the Public Private Partnership Unit (“UKAS”) at the Prime Minister’s Department, before eventually being appointed as the Director of Health & Education of UKAS until April 2019.
She returned to the MOF in May 2019 as the Head of Finance and Investment for the Government Investment Companies Division.
Puan Nahidah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Economics (Human Resource) from the National University of Malaysia. She also earned a Diploma in Public Administration from the National Institute of Public Administration.
She currently sits on the Board of Malaysian Debt Ventures Berhad, UDA Holdings Berhad, Govco Holdings Berhad, MKD Aman Makmur Sdn Bhd, Syarikat Tanah dan Harta Sdn Bhd and Sentuhan Budiman Sdn Bhd.
She is also a Director of AmanahRaya Group.

Zainudin Bin Suhaimi joined AmanahRaya Trustees Berhad in 2007. He was appointed as Chief Executive Officer on 2 September 2020. Prior to the current position, he held several key management roles in the Company. He had served the Corporate Trust Department of Amanah Raya Berhad for 15 years prior to joining ART.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia, Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) from Universiti Putra Malaysia and a Diploma in Business Studies from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). He is also an associate member of the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia.

Vernon Sta Maria joined AmanahRaya Trustees Berhad in 2024. He currently holds the position of Chief Business Officer, with his primary responsibilities include overseeing Sales & Marketing Department and Operations Department.
Vernon possesses over 30 years of experience in global and domestic banks. His extensive background encompasses sales and marketing of securities services and products, managing Tier 1 relationships, including government and related entities, global insurance, and asset management companies as well as operational experience.
Prior to joining ART, Vernon served as the Head of Business Development & Client Management and Director at HSBC (Malaysia) Trustee Berhad. His diverse career includes roles as Business Development Representative for State Street Malaysia, Director of Regional Securities Services Sales at Citibank, and Deputy Representative for BNY Mellon Malaysia. His career journey commenced locally with Maybank, and he subsequently advanced through positions at UOB and Deutsche Bank, both locally and regionally.
Vernon holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the Central University of Queensland.

Azril Bin Abd Kadir joined AmanahRaya Trustees Berhad in 2008. He currently oversees the compliance and governance functions of the Company.
He has more than 20 years of experience in the unit trust industry. He started his career with Amanah Saham Mara Berhad (currently known as Pelaburan Mara Berhad) as a compliance officer. Prior to joining ART, he was the registered compliance officer of OSK Asset Management Sdn Bhd.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri Columbia, USA.

Noor Aniza Binti Md Noor joined AmanahRaya Trustees Berhad in 2016. She is currently the Assistant General Manager where her primary role is to oversee Finance & Administration Department and Fund Accounting Department.
Prior to her appointment, she was the Head of Marketing & Business Development Department leading the marketing & business strategic development initiatives and customer relationship management of the Company. She has brought 19 years of combined working experience in supply chain management and procurement, finance and marketing from her previous attachment in startups, finance and multinational technology company.

Amir Tarmizi Bin Abdul Hamid joined AmanahRaya Trustees Berhad (ART) in January 2008 and had served the Corporate Trust Department of Amanah Raya Berhad since November 2005 prior to joining ART.
He is currently the Head of Global Settlement Department oversees the operations of Unit Trust Funds under Global Transaction Services Unit (GTSU) and Data & Accounts Management Unit (DAMU).

Zulhida Binti Abd Maurad joined AmanahRaya Trustess Berhad in 2008 and was appointed as the Head of Legal Department in 2013. Prior to this position, she served as Assistant Manager at Compliance Department.
She started her pupilage in 2006 with Messrs. Azmi &Associates and was call to the Malaysian Bar in 2007. She pursued her legal practice as associate under Capital & Debt Market Practice Group at Messrs. Azmi & Associates before joining the Company.
She holds a Master of Business Administration (Corporate Administration and Governance) from University Poly-Tech Malaysia, a Bachelor of Law (LLB Hons) from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) and a Certificate in Company Administration from Harun M. Hashim Law Centre, IIUM. She is also an associate member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA).

Suzana Binti Mohamed joined AmanahRaya Trustees Berhad in 2007. She is in charge of the management of human capital for the Company. She is the main liaison with the Group Human Capital Division, Amanah Raya Berhad.
She headed the Private Retirement Scheme Unit of the Operations Department before assuming her current post. She previously served at the Global Transaction Services Unit and Custody Unit of the Operations Department. Prior to joining AmanahRaya Trustees Berhad, she was attached to the Corporate Trust Department of Amanah Raya Berhad.

Farahiyah Binti Harun joined AmanahRaya Trustees Berhad in 2021. She is responsible to lead the Marketing & Business Development strategies and initiatives for the Company.
She started her career with the information & communication technology (ICT) company of the public listed company where she served as the technical support and later moved to the procurement division. Prior to joining the Company, she served the global marketer company where she was exposed in the regional business development for South East Asia, sales strategy, business intelligence and customer services dealing with the government bodies, financial institutions, manufacturing and private sectors. She brought a combined of 12 years of experience to the Company.
She holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from University Technology Malaysia (UTM).

Roslim Syah Bin Hj Idris joined AmanahRaya Trustees Berhad in 2014 as Head of the Debt Capital Market & Trust Unit. He was then promoted to be the Head of Debt Capital Market & Trust and REITs Department in 2023. In his capacity, he assumes leadership of the Debt Capital Market & Trusts as well as the Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) Department. Within this role, he exercises supervision over the operational aspects related to Corporate Bonds, Sukuk issuance, Trust management, and the management of the Company's REITs portfolio.
He started his career with the SIDC Graduate Development Programme a capacity-building initiative by the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) and run by the Securities Industry Development Corporation (SIDC) to facilitate the development and upskilling of human capital in the Capital Market Industry. He was then located with Affin Investment Bank under the Finance Department before furthering his career with RBC Dexia the Global Custodian bank as a Transaction Administrator for 5 Years handling the Global Market of Luxembourg-based clients.
He holds a Bachelor of Finance (Hons) from the University-Industry Selangor.

Mohd Hafidz Bin Johari joined AmanahRaya Trustees Berhad in 2010 and was appointed as Head of Finance and Administration Department on 1 July 2023. He served as the Assistant Manager and was responsible for overseeing the Company’s finance and administration functions before this appointment. He has 14 years of experience in finance, accounting and auditing.
He previously served at the Valuation Unit, Finance and Administration Department and Settlement Unit of Operations Department. He has extensive experience in fund reconciliation including net asset value reconciliation, bank reconciliation and full trial balance reconciliation.
Prior to joining AmanahRaya Trustees Berhad, he served with a chartered accounting firm and has been involved in preparing a full set of accounts, handling taxation matters and auditing clients’ financial statements.
He holds a Diploma in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) in Finance from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM).

Rasidha Binti Sakhudin joined AmanahRaya Trustees Berhad as compliance officer in 2008. She was previously with Consumer Banking Division and Compliance Division of RHB Bank Berhad.
She was promoted as Head of Compliance Department in February 2024. She is responsible to oversee the Compliance Department and ensuring the Company is conducted in accordance with relevant laws and regulations at all times.
She holds a Bachelor of International Business Management from Universiti Utara Malaysia and a Diploma in Banking from Universiti Teknologi MARA.

Azrina Binti Zainal Abidin joined AmanahRaya Trustees Berhad in 2024. She is an experienced financial professional with over 17 years of expertise with asset managers and financial institutions. Currently, she is the Head of the Domestic Settlement Department, responsible for day-to-day operations of the three units reporting to her. Prior to her current role, Azrina was the Head of Operations at asset management company, where she led operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity, managed a team of professionals to ensure seamless operations, and implemented process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. She holds a Bachelor in Accountancy (Hons) and a Diploma in Accountancy from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Kota Samarahan.
