Carry out trustee duties in accordance with the Deed, Prospectus, Capital Markets & Services Act, Securities Commission (SC) Guidelines and applicable laws.

The Fund is managed and administered by the management company in accordance to the Deeds and all regulatory requirements.

Take custody and safeguard securities, properties and assets of the Fund on behalf of unit holders.

Notify the SC of any irregularity, breach, inconsistency or contravention of the covenants of the Deeds provisions of the laws.
5
Ensure proper records for all transactions, dividends, interest, profits and income received and distributed to unit holders are thoroughly maintained and all accounts are audited at the end of each accrual period.
