Bond/Sukuk Trustee

To perform all its duties and obligations in accordance with the provisions of the Trust Deed and the relevant transaction documents.

Represent and protect the interest of the Bond and Sukuk holders in accordance with the Trust Deed.

To act as an intermediary between the Bond and Sukuk Holders and the Issuer.
4
To administer and monitor the designated accounts (if any) according to the terms and conditions under the relevant transaction documents.
5
To ensure that the requisite administration and monitoring of compliance functions are carried out in a timely, proper and professional manner as per the Trust Deed.
Security Trustee
1
Hold and safeguard the benefits of the securities for the Bond and Sukuk holders.
2
Enforce the securities upon proper instructions and indemnification from the holders of the Bond and Sukuk issuance on declaration of an event of default.
3
Perform all functions stated in the Security documentation.
4
To operate
the
designated accounts.
